STRENGTHS WORKSHOP

Is your workplace recognizing your own strengths and your colleagues’ strengths? What would work look like if we recognized, valued, and leveraged more of our own strengths and those of our teammates?

According to research, only one in three of us recognizes and knows how to name our own strengths. Studies tell us that people who use their strengths believe more in their own abilities, and they’re three times more satisfied with their lives. Similarly, research has shown that those who use character strengths experience significantly more work engagement and engagement throughout life in general. In this workshop, we delve into the world of strengths, identifying them, and how we can use more of our strengths at work and other aspects of life.

We carry out our workshops in Finnish, Swedish or English according to your needs.

RESILIENCE WORKSHOP

Do you want your company or team to be more agile in situations of change? Resilience brings confidence to life’s constant obstacles. It also helps us to cope better and recover from crises. People have different amounts of resilience, but fortunately this trait can be developed.

There are many ways to strengthen resilience, such as identifying and leveraging one’s own character strengths. Likewise, experiencing one’s life and work as meaningful as well as having good interpersonal relationships reinforces resilience. This workshop is a resilience coaching session that leaves your employees with concrete tools to increase resilience in their daily lives.

Do you find your work meaningful? How could the subjective experience of meaning at work be increased? It is important for all of us to feel needed, to do meaningful work, and to feel that our lives matter. Significance is one of the most important factors in our overall well-being. For example, it affects self-esteem, life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and optimism and hope.

Investing in the meaning of one’s work is worthwhile, as it can lead to better performance and commitment to work, self-identification with the organization, increased well-being at work and improved customer satisfaction. In this workshop, we train your employees toward a stronger meaning experience and share tools to boost meaning in everyday life.

“Positive psychology gave me more than I expected - theory and tools for my personal life and flourishing, and also tools to apply at work. The most fantastic thing was to understand that still, after 18 years of my coaching career, I can learn and realize new things that my coaches will benefit from a lot.”

We are Joylla. Positive Psychology training from Finland, the happiest country in the world.

Never heard of us? That’s because we’re growing internationally. We’ve already trained thousands of coaches, leaders, teachers, doctors, athletes, psychology experts, and more in Finland. Our successful learning and continuing education programs have been requested by people like you from all over the world. Now we’re coming to you with this exclusive opportunity to give a taste of what we offer.

Our story began in 2015

Joylla’s co-founders Netta Lehtonen and Paulina Piippo are long-time friends who used to work in IT and banking. After a while, they realized that the people and environments around them needed a stronger focus on well-being for a truly satisfying life. They wanted to make the world a better place, so they decided to find out what science says on the subject. They left Finland for England, where they both gained Master’s degrees in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of East London. Upon returning, they developed a learning course for locals, which grew into the first and largest positive psychology education company in Finland. The course has been so successful that they were encouraged to create a course for English-speaking people like you.

We would love to chat with you. Contact us by email hello@joylla.com, or text us at +358 50 345 1035.
